Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

Getting There

  • The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is a beautiful resort tucked away in the forest of Incline Village in the Sierra Mountains.  There are so many things to do here and in the surrounding areas of Lake Tahoe.  We hope you'll consider making a full vacation out of this trip and come early in the week to enjoy all of the activities with us.  We plan to arrive on Tuesday August 22nd. Visit the hotel's website here

Since Lake Tahoe is a very popular summer vacation destination, we strongly recommend locking in your flight and lodging reservations as early as possible.

  • The nearest airport is Reno, NV.
  • It's a short, scenic drive to the Hyatt from Reno if you plan to rent a car and see all of Lake Tahoe throughout the week.
  • North Lake Tahoe Express runs a shuttle service to and from the Hyatt and Reno/Tahoe Airport.  For reservations and additional information on Lake Tahoe shuttle transportation, visit their website.
  • Sacramento airport is also an option, but it's a longer distance to the hotel & definitely requires a rental car.
  • We have a block of rooms in the main lodge reserved for the McCormack-Konrad wedding at a reduced rate.  You can make your reservations here  or by calling  775-832-1234
  • Although not part of the wedding block room rates, you can also book a lakefront cottage.   The cottages have more space with kitchenettes if you want to book as a group or family.  The upper and lower cottages have a king size bed and you can add on a connecting lakeside double room.
